How much is class?

$25 dollars to drop in. If you decide to buy a membership after your class, you can use that $25 towards your membership if it is purchased that day. Membership prices are on the home page.

What do I wear to class?

Please wear fitted workout clothes during pole class. We want you to wear something flexible, fitted and above the knee. Do not wear tights, fabric makes you slide too much. Please wear yoga pants and a fitted top during the “Just Kiss Me” lap dance class, Striptease Bootcamp™ and “Be A Sexy Diva” Burlesque Class. Also, refrain from applying any lotions on your hands or legs before class.

There are young and mature students that enjoy Pole Fitness. Age is irrelevant and we have seen that weight is irrelevant. The most important thing to be able to enjoy our classes is determination. Determination is the only thing that will separate you from another student. We have 50 year old mothers who perform better than their daughters. We have a 16 year old that can perform better than a body builder. You will be amazed at what you can do with determination!

Is their a weight limit for Pole Dancing Class?

If your weight has kept you from any physical exercise for more than six months, then I suggest starting with one of our specialty classes first. In Pole Dancing you are lifting your body off of the floor and taking flight to defy gravity, you must believe that you can do it, to truly enjoy our class.

Should someone who is not fit try a specialty class first before trying to take a pole class?

Yes, if you have not performed many physical activities in the past 6 months, then we recommend that you start with the Burlesque Class and it’s full 4 week series, then you can move onto Pole Dancing Level One class.

How long will it take me to learn to be Sexy?

Well, this is such a relative question. It is different for everyone. What we guarantee at The Girls Room, is that if you invest in YOU, by getting a membership to TGR’s fitness classes, then you are guaranteed to have a shift in your perception of self. You will begin to see yourself in a positive light, we will teach you to feel weightless, which will in return help balance your weight. When you become more confident by taking our classes at least 4 times a week, your body will change quickly and you will then begin to make healthy choices in what you put into your body.

Will Pole Dancing get rid of my belly fat?

Absolutely! Our Pole Fitness Classes Level 1 – 4, are specifically designed to target women’s most complained about areas and these are your arms, butt and belly.

I would like to drop my Gym Membership, will your classes be enough?

If you do at least 3 to 4 classes a week and include Pole Level 1, Pole Exotic Fusion, Yoga and Rock N Pole, then yes, you will get a complete total body workout. You must commit to get F.I.T. !

How many poles do you have?

At this time, we have 16 poles in our Greenville Location. Our classes are designed for 2 people to perform on each pole. Very rarely will you get a pole by yourself in Pole Level One Classes. Our classes are based around inspiring your partner and her inspiring you, to get F.I.T.  At the Girls Room, we share the true secrets behind what it means to truly be sexy, and by this our students love to share their time on the pole, knowledge of pole dancing, and show off their moves.

No Way! Our youngest student is 15 and our most mature is 60. You will be so impressed with your ability to take flight, you will not think about your age or anyone else is in the room.
